Emmy Awards 2024 consagra ‘Xógum’, ‘Hacks’ e ‘Bebê Rena’; veja a lista completa dos vencedores

Emmy Awards estendeu seu tapete vermelho para sua segunda edição em 2024. Após a realização excepcional da cerimônia de 2023 em janeiro, em razão da greve de atores e roteiristas de Hollywood no ano passado, a 76ª edição da premiação aconteceu neste domingo (15) no Peacock Theater, em Los Angeles. A cerimônia contou com apresentação de Eugene e Dan Levy, pai e filho premiados anteriormente com a comédia “Schitt’s Creek”.

Antes mesmo do início da premiação, a edição já contava com um recorde quebrado. Vencedor de 14 estatuetas técnicas no Creative Arts Emmys, realizado no final de semana passado, “Xógum: a gloriosa saga do Japão” se tornou a produção com o maior número de Emmys em um só ano, superando a minissérie “John Adams”, que venceu 13 estatuetas em 2008. Na noite deste domingo, o domínio continuou com premiações de melhor direção, ator, atriz e série dramática.

Com 23 indicações, “O urso” bateu recorde de nomeações entre séries de comédia. A classificação da produção como cômica é alvo de polêmica em Hollywood e, é claro, virou piada no monólogo de abertura dos apresentadores.

— Eu sei que vocês esperam uma piada sobre “O urso” ser uma comédia, mas seguindo o espírito do show, não iremos fazer nenhuma piada — disse Eugene Levy.

Após a fala dos mestres de cerimônia, Steve Martin, Martin Short e Selena Gomez, trio de “Only Murders in the Building”, subiram ao palco para apresentar o primeiro prêmio da noite, que também foi a primeira estatueta para “O urso”. Ebon Moss-Bachrach levou o prêmio de melhor ator coadjuvante em série de comédia pela segunda vez. Na sequência, Jeremy Allen White também levou a estatueta pelo segundo ano seguido, como melhor ator em série de comédia por “O urso”.

Mas nem só de “Xógum”, “O urso” e “Hacks” foi feito o Emmy 2024. “Bebê Rena” foi um dos grandes vencedores da noite, com quatro estatuetas, incluindo melhor série limitada, melhor roteiro, melhor ator e melhor atriz coadjuvante.
